Migrating to the New Login
Datanomix is moving all accounts to a unified, CMMC-compliant login. After migration you'll sign in with one set of credentials across every Datanomix product — using a password, a one-time email code, or your company's SSO. The process takes about 2 minutes.
Before you start: confirm your Datanomix username is a valid email address you can access. If it isn't, ask your admin to update it first.
Migration Steps
Step 1 Open the migration banner
Log in with your legacy credentials. A grey banner appears at the bottom of the screen:
"Your account uses our legacy login. Migrate now to our new CMMC-compliant login."
Click Migrate your account on the banner, or go to Settings → Account → Account Migration at any time.
Step 2 Start the migration
The Account Migration page confirms your email address, where the invite will be sent, and that you'll be logged out to finish setup.
Click Migrate Account.
Step 3 Open the invitation email
Check your inbox for a message from Datanomix with the subject "You've been invited to Datanomix." Click Open Datanomix.
Don't see it? Check spam or junk. The email is sent by WorkOS on behalf of Datanomix, which can trip spam filters on first delivery.
Step 4 Accept the invitation
Your email is pre-filled. Click Continue to set up a Datanomix-managed account. If your company has SSO configured, you'll also see a Company SSO option — use that if available.
Step 5 Enter your name
Fill in your first and last name (email is pre-filled and can't be changed here). Click Continue.
Step 6 Create your password
Create a password and click Continue. To skip the password and sign in with a one-time email code each time instead, click Continue with email code.
Step 7 Verify your email
Datanomix sends a 6-digit verification code to your email. Enter it in the boxes on the verification screen.
Step 8 Retrieve the code
Open the "Verify your email address" email and copy the 6-digit code. Codes expire in 10 minutes — click Resend on the verification screen if yours expires.
Step 9 Review your Account Portal
Once your code is accepted, you land on the Datanomix Account Portal. Verify your name, email, organization, and role are correct, then click Go To Production Monitoring to return to the product.
You're done! The migration banner is gone and a User icon now appears in the top-right — that's your new account menu. Sign in from now on uses your new credentials.
Troubleshooting
Invitation email never arrived
Check spam, junk, and quarantine folders. The sender is [email protected].
Ask IT to allow mail from datanomix.app.
Still missing? Go to Settings → Account → Account Migration and click Migrate Account to resend.
Invitation link is expired
Invitations are valid for 7 days. Another user can re-send yours from the user management settings.
Verification code won't work or timed out
Codes expire after 10 minutes. Click Resend on the verification screen. If still stuck, close the tab, reopen the original invitation email, and click Open Datanomix to restart.
My company uses SSO (Okta, Microsoft, Google Workspace, etc.)
Look for the Company SSO option on the accept invitation screen (Step 4). Use that instead of creating a password to keep your login tied to your corporate identity. Check with your Datanomix admin if you're unsure whether SSO is configured.
My username isn't a valid email address
Contact your Datanomix admin to update your username before starting migration.
I was logged out mid-migration
This is expected. The system logs you out so you can finish setup from the invitation email. Just open the email and continue — nothing is lost.
I don't see the migration banner
Your account may already be migrated, or your organization isn't in the migration window yet. Reach out to Datanomix Support if you think this is wrong.
